Friday. An hour before midnight.
On the way there, in an innocuous car, Autumn Bell can't help but wonder about this weekender, what she will see in Cat's eyes. The vehicle is no gleaming metal, no advanced diesel technology, nothing reflective of Capital. Just a yellow cab with a sullen driver racing past bush country enshrouded with burnt orange dust.
