CHAPTER 1

Sergeant Lance Sterling walked into the Detective Bureau of the Ontario Police Department and placed a plain brown paper sack on the desk of Detective Carlos Sanchez. "I pay my debts," he announced with a broad smile.

"I was beginning to wonder," Carlos teased back. He took a peek inside the bag. "Evolucion 501 Tequila. One hundred percent de agave. I'm impressed."

"Only the best for my friend." Lance and Carlos had been friends even since attending the police academy together over twelve years ago. "Thanks for the info on who was going to be on the oral board for sergeant. It really paid off for me."

Carlos had tipped Lance off to the fact that his lieutenant, Lieutenant Nelson, was going to be on the oral boards. "I'm glad that it did." He put the bottle of tequila in his lower desk drawer. He stood up, moved out from behind his desk and gave his friend a hug. "Congratulations. You deserve the promotion."

"Thanks."

"If you don't mind me asking, how did you convince Lieutenant Nelson to give you the nod?"

He smiled. "Sorry, I can't share that information. It's top secret."

"Bite me. See if you get any more info from me."

"Tell you what. I promised that if I got promoted I would get you a bottle of tequila and maybe more."

"Yeah, I vaguely remember that."

"Are you free tonight after I get off my shift?"

"Look. I'm recently divorced and poor. Yeah, I'm free. I can't afford to do anything else right now."

Lance laughed. "I'm sorry about the divorce."

"Don't be. It was the right thing to do. We were fighting all of the time."

"I understand. Why don't you come over around eleven thirty? I'll give you the 'more" that I promised. I think you that you'll not only like it but that you need it." He gave him a wicked smile.

"What?"

"You'll just have to wait to find out, my friend."

"Okay. I'll be there."

"Good. I'll see you then. Thanks again for the info."

"No problem."

"Lieutenant Nelson wants to see me," he said when he saw him waving him over to his office. "See you later."

"Okay." He watched him walk into the lieutenant's office and shut the door. I wonder what's going on with them? he thought before sitting down and looking over the new case he got this morning.

Lieutenant Fred Nelson had been Lance's sergeant when he first came on the department nearly thirteen years ago. He was seven years older and definitely on the fast track for rising through the ranks. He had taken Lance under his wing and became his mentor in those earlier years. And recently, he had been instrumental in getting him promoted to sergeant. "The stripes look good on you," he said after the door clicked closed.

"Thanks. And thanks you for your help."

"No problem. Have a seat."

"What's up, Lieutenant?" he asked after sitting down across the desk from him.

"I wanted to talk to you about the agreement we had if you got promoted."

"I haven't forgotten."

Before taking the oral exams for sergeant, Lance had invited Fred over for a demonstration of his leadership ability. His demonstration involved showing him how he had changed his wife Meadow from a feisty, self-centered woman into a complete submissive and obedient one. And it included an opportunity for Fred to appreciate the change up close and personal. In short, he had pimped his wife out to make sure he got the promotion.

Lieutenant Nelson was not only impressed. He also demonstrated his leadership ability as well by getting Lance to agree to two conditions if he got promoted. One, he could have access to Meadow twice a month indefinitely. And two, he wanted Lance to train his wife to be just like Meadow -- submissive and sexually open to anything.

Lance understood the art of making a deal. So he renegotiated and ended up getting access to Lieutenant Nelson's wife Ainsely twice a month as well after he had finished trained her.

"Good. I'm anxious to get things moving with Ainsely."

"I've made some plans and I'm almost ready to go. I'd like to have her for a week to get things rolling in the right direction."

"Can you pull it together by this weekend?"

"I think so. I'll need some time off to focus on her."

"I understand. And I'll make sure you get it. I had Ainsely take next week off from work. She thinks we're going on vacation. So we can get started on Sunday."

"Okay. I will plan accordingly. You do understand that it is going to be intense and demanding physically and sexually?"

"So you've said."

"You'll get an idea of what I mean when you leave her with me."

"I see." He was curious as to how Lance was going to change his wife into being just like Meadow: fully submissive and open to what he wanted sexually. "I'd like to know a little more about what you're planning to do after all she is my wife."

"I understand. I will be using bondage and some pain to help her understand that you are serious about the changes you want. I did with Meadow and she definitely changed."

So when he saw the changes in Meadow, he was interested in changing his wife to be like her -- open and obedient. "I'd like to see Meadow while you're busy with Ainsely."

"Not a problem. You can see her twice a month as we agreed upon."

"I was thinking more frequently since you've got my wife for the week."

"I agreed to train her and to let you see my wife twice a month."

Fred nodded his understanding. "True. You can't blame for asking. How about I get to have both Meadow and Mary Lou at the same time?"

Lance smiled. Like his wife, Mary Lou was his collared submissive. In fact, he had collared her several years before he decided to dramatically change his marriage and collar his wife. He had kept that part of life a secret until recently. Mary Lou was now living with them. With her help, he was teaching Meadow to explore and embrace her here-to-fore latent bi-sexuality. Lance wrote down the address of Mary Lou's house in Upland. He still used it when he wanted some special alone time with her. He maintained a complete dungeon there as well and had since he collared her. "I'll be expecting you a little after ten."

"We'll be there. Lance, are you sure you can change her?"

"I'm sure. I changed Meadow, didn't I?"

"You did. But I'm taking a big risk."

"I know. And I felt the same way when I decided to change Meadow into the obedient wife she promised to be when I married her. Believe me, the risk is worth it now that she is."

"I understand that. But still, there is a lot at stake personally and professionally."

"True. But there is also a lot to gain."

"Yes, there is. It will great to have a wife like yours."

"Don't worry. You will have one. I'll change Ainsely. And you are going to very pleased with the results."

"If she is anything like Meadow and Mary Lou, I know I will be."

"Don't worry. She will be," he promised.

"Okay. I'll see you Sunday morning."

"I'm looking forward to it." Lance stood up and shook hands. He nodded at Carlos as he left Lieutenant Nelson's office.
