"I just have one question," he said in a voice pitched low and intimate. Olivia swallowed around the lump of arousal forming in her throat. "Ask away." Green eyes moved briefly from hers to her mouth and back again. "Are you wearing anything under that coat?" The tip of his tongue came out to moisten his lower lip and heat built in Olivia's blood. She shook her head, a short, jerky movement. "Not a thing." Matthew nodded, the hand not holding the rose coming up to rest on the belt holding her coat closed. "You're not cold, are you?" His fingers worked the buckle slowly. "If anything, I feel a little ... overheated." It was becoming more difficult to speak as her throat tightened and her pulse throbbed. "Maybe I can help you with that." A quick flick of his wrist and the buckle loosened, the belt fell to the sides, and the edges of the coat parted. Olivia gasped when the breeze rippled over her bare skin, and warm as it was, her nipples puckered and thrust forward demandingly. Matthew's gaze drifted south and Olivia had to bite her lip to suppress a moan at the look of raw desire that crossed his face. No one had ever made her feel as beautiful as Matthew Stirling did every single day.
