Chapter One

Ashley Wallace drove up the street to her aunt's house as she had done a thousand times before. It was part of her regular routine. She visited at least three times a week to make sure she had taken her medicine and such. Ashley turned up the street and started to pick up speed before turning up the long hill.

Just as Ashley reached forty miles an hour she spotted a small dog out of the corner of her eye. It was a matter of reaction at that point. The dog darted into the road and Ashley turned the wheel sharply to avoid hitting the wayward animal. The car veered into the grass of a house and slid sideways for several feet. Ashley had the presence of mind to pump the brakes a few times to try and regain control and was able to stop the slide within a few of feet of the house. Sitting still all Ashley could do was shake and begin to cry. She had missed hitting the animal but in the process had made a mess of this stranger's yard. Her bumper had clipped the mailbox and sent it flying. Ashley relaxed from the adrenaline filled ride but did not calm down. She was frightfully aware of how bad this could have been and how bad it could become. If the homeowner called the town police Ashley would likely get yet another traffic ticket. It would make her fourth and one she could not well afford. It could lead to the loss of her license, and it would surely lead too much higher insurance rates. With her current job she was barely able to afford her current expenses much less a higher car insurance bill.

Ashley unhooked her seatbelt and glanced around the yard before opening the door. She didn't see anyone and was more than a little tempted to just back the car out and make a run for it. Ashley couldn't do this for two reasons, first, it wasn't in her nature to avoid responsibility and second there is no way someone didn't see her or wouldn't see her trying to get away.

"You're going to have to face the music."

Ashley often spoke to herself and her nerves were too frazzled not to now as well. Crossing the yard Ashley drew deep breaths with each step as she approached the front door of the house. Gently at first then with sufficient force to actually make a knocking sound Ashley rapped her knuckles on the wooden slab. There was no sound from inside the house. The door did not open and Ashley considered leaving once again. She changed her mind when she saw a neighbor standing on their porch looking at the mess she had made. Ashley walked around the bushes that lined the front of the house and saw there were cars in the garage. Assuming that someone had to be home Ashley continued around the corner of the house and found a closed but not locked gate that lead into the back yard. Ashley lifted the latch hesitantly as she mustered the courage to face an angry homeowner. Stepping inside the fence Ashley turned and closed the tall door. Ashley thought she heard a sound and turned to search it out. Stepping around the corner of the house Ashley froze practically in mid step. Before her was a sight that she did not expect to say the least.

A busty woman in her mid-thirties stood at attention at the edge of the back deck area. She was completely nude except for a blindfold and a wide leather collar. A leash hung still in the sunshine from the neckwear to a sturdy wooden post extending from the center of the deck.

"Master is that you?"

Ashley jumped slightly at the soft words spoken by the woman. For a moment she considered running back to the gate. Ashley was awash with feelings. She was afraid she had inadvertently walked into someone very private time. Ashley was embarrassed and amused at the same time. Ashley tried to turn and quietly remove herself from the scene but the woman heard her breath.

"My Master will return in a moment. He heard you knocking."

"Umm ... ok"

"Oh another female, my Master will be quite pleased!"

Ashley wasn't sure how to take the excited words and didn't have time to ponder them before they were joined by the woman's Master.

Ashley glanced as the man walked into view but tried to avert her eyes as she expected him to be naked as well. Ashley was nearly 23 years old and had seen a naked man before but this situation was different and she was feeling quite confused and to her own surprise, shy.

"Can I help you?"

The deep baritone voice was as much felt as heard and Ashley paused a moment before speaking.

"So you are responsible for tearing up my yard?"

Due to the tone of the man's voice Ashley couldn't tell if he was upset and still had not made eye contact with him to read his face.

"Well?"

"Oh no sir, I'm sorry and I'll do whatever I can to fix this but please don't call the police!"

Ashley blurted out the words and reflexively looked up to see the man and plead her case. She was happy to see the man was wearing a long robe and slippers. Ashley couldn't help but take mental notes. The man was rather handsome, though at least ten years older than she. Ashley could see silver hairs at his temples but they added to his distinction not detract from it. Ashley couldn't decide about his expression. He seemed to have a slight smile on his face. Perhaps he was amused at her plea or at her discomfort having walked into this situation.

"And why is that young lady?"

"Well, I didn't really do anything but tear up some grass and I can get someone to fix the mailbox."

"You still haven't said why I shouldn't call the police. You have given me a list of what you have done, not what could happen if I make this call."

"Well, to tell the truth I can't afford another ticket. I already have three and this will make my insurance soar. I beg you please don't call them, give me a chance and I will make everything right. I'll come over and fix the grass myself, I'll pay for the damages, and I'll do anything!"

Ashley was nearly in tears as she begged the stranger to have mercy.

"First, calm down. Come here and have a seat."

The man motioned to a deck chair at a table directly across from where the naked woman still stood silent. Ashley took a hesitant step towards the deck as the man reached out a hand to steady her as she climbed the three steps up to his level.

"My name is Daniel and this is Evangeline. She is my friend."

Ashley tilted her head slightly as she looked at Evangeline and noticed the special emphasis Daniel had put on the word friend.

"Hello, Evangeline; my name is Ashley Wallace."

The woman didn't respond or even move for that matter.

"You may speak."

Daniels words relaxed the woman slightly.

"Hello Ashley, it is nice to meet you."

Ashley noticed that after completing the greeting the woman stood back at attention and spoke no more.

"Ashley you seem a little nervous. Does Evangeline being here make you uncomfortable?"

"Well, maybe a little."

Daniel stood and walked over to Evangeline and removed her blindfold. Ashley watched as the woman blinked several times before focusing her eyes upon Ashley. Evangeline smiled as she looked at Ashley. Daniel walked over and removed the end of Evangeline's leash from the post. Ashley watched as he led the naked woman to the patio doors and inside the house. A few moments later the pair returned to the deck and to Ashley's relief, both now wore robes and took their seats at the table.

"I apologize for not recognizing that Evangeline's uniform and stance were making you uncomfortable. I sometimes forget that not everyone is comfortable with nudity or our lifestyle."

Ashley was confused by the lifestyle comment but chose not to pursue the subject.

"Well, I wasn't uncomfortable, it was just a surprise. I just wasn't expecting it."

"It's nice of you to say, but it was easy to tell that you haven't ever seen a sub at attention before. Its okay not many people have, now about the issue of your car sitting sideways in my front yard."

"Yes, about that. What can I do to make it right again?"

"First, I would appreciate if you would go and move it into the driveway. I hate to draw more attention to the house than is necessary. Someone else might call the police before we have a chance to work this out. While you are gone, I will have Evangeline get properly dressed."

Ashley smiled as she looked at Evangeline.

"That's okay I'm the guest; I don't want to make you change just because I have intruded. Evangeline can be dressed in any fashion that makes her the most comfortable. I'll be right back."

Ashley stood and walked off the deck. Gently she moved the car out of the yard and into the driveway. As Ashley walked back towards the gate she consciously pushed a couple of the larger pieces of sod back into place under the scrutiny of the nosey neighbor. Ashley smiled at him before going back through the gate and out of sight. As Ashley rounded the corner she could see the pair was still seated at the table. Evangeline wasn't standing but was naked once again. Evangeline smiled coyly at Ashley walked back to the table.

"My Master prefers me this way. I hope it's alright?"

"It's fine, you are beautiful."

Evangeline smiled at Ashley's compliment.

"Do you have a phone I could use? Mine seems to have disappeared into the void of my backseat. I need to call my Aunt and tell her that I will be delayed. I was going to visit her before all of this happened."

Daniel stood and walked towards the room off the deck and motioned for Ashley to follow. Upon stepping inside Daniel pointed to a phone on a table in the living area. Ashley passed by him and made her call.

Back on the deck Daniel ordered Evangeline to get them some drinks and began the conversation Ashley had both anticipated and dreaded.

"So, about the yard?"

"Yes, the yard. What can I do to make it right? I mean I can't afford to get another ticket and my insurance is already so high I can barely afford it..."

Ashley spoke in rapid staccato syllables as her nerves returned to their heightened state. Daniel let her continue for a minute before giving in to his need to smile and laugh a little.

"No really, I can't have you call the cops, I'll do anything!"

Ashley's pleading tone had returned. Evangeline returned to them with a tray containing glasses and a large pitcher of some frozen drink. Ashley couldn't help but stare a little as Evangeline bent to place the tray on the table between Daniel and her. Ashley watched as Evangeline's breasts swayed as she carefully placed the tray. Ashley thought of how practiced that move had to be so as to not knock the pitcher over with her rather ample bosom. Ashley saw Evangeline smile when their eyes met and Ashley felt embarrassed at being caught staring at all.

"It is alright to stare. Evangeline likes it and so do I. Now you said you would like to work out this situation without getting the police involved. The way I look at it there are a few options we have."

Ashley sat upright and nodded for Daniel to continue.

"You could work to fix my yard, but that option isn't the best. I doubt you are a professional at that kind of thing and to be honest you don't seem very well suited to digging around the sod. Second option is for you to pay for the work to be completed. I can have the company that maintains the yard regularly take care of the repairs bill me and you can pay that bill. I would expect it to be no more than a thousand dollars."

"I don't have a grand! If I had that kind of money I would just take the ticket and pay the insurance! Is there any other way we can work this out? Please there has to be a way?"

Ashley was panicked at the idea of either spending several days doing a job she had no idea how to do or the possibility of coming up with one thousand dollars. Then an idea occurred to her. It wasn't the best idea but it seemed like her only option.

Daniel sat and looked at Ashley as she considered her idea before speaking. Evangeline, noticing the uncomfortable silence, stood and poured each of them a drink. Ashley was glad for the distraction and took the offered glass. Taking a long drink from the glass Ashley coughed and sputtered as she realized that she had just downed most of a strong Daiquiri. The rum warmed her tummy as she recovered from her initial reaction and smiled as Daniel and Evangeline laughed at her actions.

"I'm sorry I didn't warn you. My Evangeline makes a strong drink. I should have told you. Are you alright?"

Ashley coughed a couple of times to clear her throat, and for comic effect.

"Yes, I'm fine!"

Her voice was purposefully squeaky and strained.

"Evangeline, please get some water for our guest."

Without a word Evangeline jumped to her feet and returned moments later with a tall glass of water. Handing it to Ashley she patted her back as she waited for her to take a drink. Ashley took a long sip from the glass before nodding to Evangeline indicating that she was better. Evangeline returned to her seat. Ashley smiled at her host and took another, somewhat smaller drink from the fluted glass.

"So, as I was saying, I don't know of any other options before us. The homeowner's association is going to require that the yard be repaired and pretty quickly. This little Payton Place is really strict when it comes to yard maintenance."

Ashley drew a deep breath before speaking. It was enough to get both Daniels and Evangeline's attention.

"Well, I can't afford to pay a thousand dollars for anything, and you are probably right about my lacking the necessary skills, at least to repair the yard, but perhaps there are other skills I possess."

Daniel sat forward in his chair.

"Are you proposing something Ashley?"

Ashley knew that it was time to put up or shut up. Ashley stood up from the table and stepped away from the chairs. Ashley stood in the sunshine and started to unbutton her blouse. Inside she was hoping that Daniel would stop her but he remained silent. Ashley continued to disrobe. Each successive piece of clothing was laid upon the table in front of the seated pair. It wasn't long before Ashley stood in front of them completely nude. Ashley was proud of her body. She stood just less than five foot five inches tall. Ashley had curves. "If that is your wish Sir."

Evangeline smiled broadly as Ashley tried to conform to what she perceived as the rules. Daniel motioned for Ashley to take a place at the table. He even offered her a towel to spread on the seat as the chair had been sitting in the sunlight as was more than slightly warm. Ashley stood until Daniel had sat down before gingerly taking her seat. Ashley took a drink from her Daiquiri while Daniel gathered his thoughts.

"Are you comfortable?"

Daniel broke the ice to make sure Ashley was prepared to discuss the situation.

"Yes Sir. I am."

"No Ashley, drop the Sir stuff, are you comfortable sitting there naked while we talk about this?"

Ashley relaxed a little.

"Yes, actually I am. I was more uncomfortable being the only one really dressed. I often lay out in the nude, so it's not like I have any real problem being naked around people. Thank you for asking."

Daniel smiled.

"My pleasure, now, what exactly are you proposing?"

Ashley was a little hesitant at first until she considered that she was sitting, nude, at a table with two people she met less than an hour ago. She figured it was no time to mince words or beat around the bush.

"Since I cannot afford to pay to repair your yard I am offering to, in a matter of speaking, work off my debt. I would offer myself to please you, please you in any way you choose. I am a little familiar with what you called your lifestyle and I am willing to at least learn more, at your hand, and in the process make you happy."

Daniel considered her words before speaking.

"You make an intriguing offer Ashley. You may know a little about the lifestyle but do you really understand what it means?"

Ashley didn't answer but did not break eye contact either.

"It means, if you choose to be another's submissive and they choose to accept you, you are giving yourself entirely to that person. It is all or nothing, it is much more than just your rather impressive body; it is more than your heart too. It means giving over your will to another. Daniel stood from the table.

"Evangeline, would you please make another pitcher of drinks? I would like you to talk to Ashley about your life and what it really is like. You have my permission to tell her anything as long as it is to instruct and help her understand."

Evangeline smiled and nodded at her Master. Evangeline stood and waited for Daniel to leave before going into the kitchen to retrieve another pitcher of Daiquiris. While she was gone Ashley stood and gathered her clothes from the table, she folded each piece and placed them in the vacant chair. Ashley walked over to the railing of the deck and stretched in the sunshine. She stood with her eyes closed enjoying the feeling of the sunshine on her skin. She drew several deep breaths trying to calm her nerves. Evangeline returned and placed the tray on the table. She couldn't help but stare a moment at Ashley's fantastic body.

"Have a seat Ashley."

Ashley opened her eyes and walked back to the table for their talk. Over the next hour Evangeline told her all about the lifestyle. Ashley's mind raced. The prospect was exciting and more than a little scary.

"Daniel, how do I know that what you are telling me is on the up and up, I mean I don't even know your whole name?"

Daniel smiled as stood from the table. He returned a few moments later with a laptop. Daniel placed the computer in front of Ashley.

"Open up a search engine and type in the name Daniel Stillwall."

The name sounded familiar to Ashley but she couldn't place it. She did as told and before her very eyes a plethora of links came into view. Ashley clicked on the first one and read about how this man who sat in front of her, who was pictured on the website, had just a couple of years earlier sold his company to a large Japanese computer conglomerate for several hundred million dollars. Each link Ashley followed revealed that this man, Daniel Stillwall was potentially one of the richest men she had ever actually talked to and now she sat across the table from him in the nude. Ashley could tell from what she was reading that this man had the influence and power, but also had much to lose should he not be a man of his word. Daniel and Evangeline returned to the table. They had walked inside while Ashley scanned the websites.

"I don't know what to say."

Ashley closed the laptop and sat back in her chair.

Daniel smiled at her apparent acceptance of the role and its' potential.
