She barely heard him above the din of the crowd and had to turn quickly in order not to lose him in the throng of graduates and their family. Following him out of the gym, she glanced around, making sure no one noticed they were sneaking away together. When she rounded the corner, she almost slammed into him as he had stopped once out of sight of the main hall. His strong hands gripped her and pushed her up against the cool cement wall.
