Never Moon A Werewolf
by Michelle L. Levigne
Category: Romance/Humor
Description: Sequel to Liar, Liar, Hearts On Fire... While Lauren and Ray fall in love, Tiger guards Lauren's lookalike cousin, Lori--and enjoys it. She's easy to look at, and Tiger grows to like and admire the clever woman inside the too-pretty packaging. To convalesce, he takes Lori to Fredonia, the strange, isolated mansion Lauren inherited from her uncle Zeppo, a place filled with secret passages and wacky treasure hunts straight out of a Marx Brother's movie. But the two-couple vacation becomes a party of seven when Chief Michael Anguilano arrives with Deborah Riley, his romantic interest, and her grandfather, Vince, who needs a place to hunt werewolves without bothering the neighbors. Then Pete, Lauren and Lori's deranged cousin, escapes prison. Now, since it's only a matter of time until Pete comes for revenge, Fredonia prepares for war. Fortunately, Vince has built lots of werewolf traps... Genres: Romance / Romantic Suspense / Romantic Comedy

He grinned at the assembled company and dropped into the creaky old chair that had fake tusks for the armrests and legs, with elephants carved into the seat and as the feet.
"You promised me you'd live to be a hundred and fifty, Grandpop," Deborah said, settling down in the only other two-seater remaining.
Lori was pleased to note that even though there were plenty of easy chairs remaining gathered around the enormous coffee table, Michael sat next to Deborah. He also waited just a few seconds until she was seated, and she pinked just a little, as if she didn't expect him to want to sit next to her.
She devoutly hoped Michael and Deborah were working on something close and romantic. Vince certainly approved of their pairing, and not just because Michael was a "good, old-fashioned Italian boy," in his words.
"So, Blondie, what's the verdict?" Tiger asked, when she had settled next to him and he had neatly filed away all his papers. "What do you feel like doing tonight?"
What she wanted was for him to take her for a long walk in the moonlight, and maybe a kiss under the stars in the orchard. She had planned the evening down to the last detail, including going outside without a jacket, so that when she got cold and shivered, Tiger would put his arm around her to keep her warm. It had been so long since that kiss on the cheek in the hospital, and she definitely wanted more.
