Down on Hickory Street, there lives a Dalmatian. His name is Delbert. Delbert lives with his owners in the big blue house. He shares his home with Tommy, the orange housecat. Delbert and Tommy have known each other since they were little.
Everyone in the neighborhood knows Delbert and Tommy are the best of friends. What they don't know is Delbert has become a prankster. Since he has gotten older, he likes to play tricks on Tommy. No one knows just how sneaky Delbert can be.
