Chapter 1

Jake Roberts pulled into the motel parking lot with tires screeching. This was the last motel in the town of Wildwood NJ that he hadn't tried to find a room at. Every other hotel, motel, bed and breakfast had not even one small room to rent for the week. Jake mentally kicked himself again for having forgotten to make reservations for the weekend of his reunion with his frat brothers. But in his defense, he'd been extremely busy at work. Jake was a biomedical engineer. He had been working long hours on several projects that had deadlines this month, which is probably why he was also having problems with his girlfriend Victoria. Victoria didn't want him to go to the reunion, but he had promised his frat brothers that he wouldn't miss it. He had missed the last two years and he would have felt bad if he missed this year too.

He hopped out of his black BMW 328i and skipped up the few steps to the office. Looking around the small empty office he noticed an old fashioned bell on the counter with a ring for service sign in front of it. In a hurry, he slammed his hand down repeatedly on the shrill bell.

Jake jumped about a foot in the air when a head popped up from behind the desk.

"Geez, calm down Mr. You're going to blow a gasket or an artery or something with that kind of bad energy."

He wasn't sure if the wild beat of his heart was from being frightened or from the beautiful woman that was standing before him. She was stunning with long brown shiny hair and big brown eyes. Her eyes were an almost perfect almond shape framed by thick long lashes. Her slender neck made him want to sweep kisses on it from top to bottom.

"I'm sorry. I didn't see you back there." He apologized.

Tasha eyed the man standing in front of her. Although extremely attractive with curly brown hair and brown eyes, Tasha noted the dark suit on his tall, muscular body and immediately thought tight ass.

"Regardless, here I am."
