"Do you want another one, Jim?" Jack grabbed the pot of coffee.
"I shouldn't..." God, he did.
"No, but he's not here, huh? The rules don't apply."
Montana snorted. "Right. The rules always apply. If you're going to break them, break them. Don't be a pussy."
Jim rolled his eyes. Montana had a unique way of seeing things. "Yeah. One more."
"I thought so!" Jack laughed, smiled at him and poured more of the dark liquid into his cup.
"God, you make a fabulous cuppa." He drank deep.
Jack beamed at him. "I do. And nobody enjoys it more than you do."
"It's one of my favorite things." And his master, his lover, his Marcus was unreasonably opposed to it.
There was a faint sound from the door from the garage just down the hall and then the sound of chuckles, laughter; their masters were back.
He finished his cup. "Come on; let's clean up."
"Ah, Jack, is that you're famous coffee I smell? We brought little cakes back with us; I hope there's enough coffee for everyone." Oliver put a bakery box in the middle of the table, beaming at Jack.
"Coffee?" Jim could feel Marcus' eyes on him.
"Of course there is, love." Jack bounced over, kissed Oliver's cheek. "Did you all have fun?"
Montana headed over to Billy and Jim found a smile for Marcus.
"We had a grand time. There was a master sharing tips on figging. I think the three of you are in very big trouble the next time any of us go grocery shopping." Oliver winked and Billy laughed, wrapping an arm around Montana's waist.
Marcus, however was frowning. "Coffee, baby? I don't remember saying you could have coffee tonight."
"Don't frown, love. Jack was making it." And saying no was hard for him.
That didn't do anything for Marcus' frown. "Jack knows your coffee consumption is restricted, he would have understood if you'd asked for something else."
Jim sighed internally. He liked his coffee; he wasn't an asshole about it. "I'm sorry."
"How many cups did you have?"
