Bio: Dr. Herbert Stein is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst practicing in New York City. He is on the teaching faculty of the NYU psychoanalytic Institute. For several years, he has been the Editor of the PANY Bulletin (Bulletin of the Psychoanalytic Association of New York) as well as a regular contributor of articles on "Psychoanalysis and the Cinema", most of which are included, in modified form, in this volume.
