Bio: Eunice Boeve grew up in Montana and Idaho under the influence of a father who loved horses and the out-of-doors and a mother who loved books, singing, and poetry. She and her husband, Ron, live in her husband's home state of Kansas. They are the parents of four and the grandparents of five. She has worked in a school for special needs children and in the family owned funeral home. Besides this book, a sequel to her adult western titled Ride a Shadowed Trail, she has written four middle grade books of historical fiction and some short stories and articles.
