Brinke Stevens
Bio: Brinke Stevens is a California-based actress with 140 film credits, mainly in the horror and science fiction genres. She began her writing career as the editor of her school newspaper, and was first published at age 14 in a poetry gazette. More recently, she has written and sold five original screenplays: "Devil's Highway" (in pre-production), "Teenage Exorcist", "Wild Spirit", "Earthquake Safety", and "The Recruiter". Brinke has also co-produced two documentaries about the horror film industry, "Shock Cinema" and "Something to Scream About".
In the 1980's, she served as the editor of two national magazines, "Weird Tales" and "Monsterland". Brinke has penned several dozen entertainment articles and celebrity interviews for "Femme Fatales" magazine. She wrote the Foreword for "Hot Blood #5" and a short story, "Jacking In", for "Hot Blood #6". She also self-published and wrote her own comic book series called "Brinke of Destruction" in the 1990s. In addition, Brinke has contributed chapters to two books, "Assault of the Killer B's" and "Attack of the B-Queens". These days, she is a world adventurer and travel writer.
