Cherri Dohlen
Bio: CHERRI DØHLEN, nee Loper, was born in Oklahoma, where she lived until entering the MA program at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She also worked full time as Associate Director of Public Relations. In 1956, she attended the International Summer School in Oslo, Norway, and met and married Knut Døhlen, a civil engineer. The Døhlens have lived in San Francisco, Oslo and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. On their return to Norway, Cherri worked as translator and editor of a number of company house organs. Cherri and Knut have two grown children and five grandsons. The Døhlens are avid travelers and divide their time between America and Norway.
